Prices for services
Our prices depend on the amount of work, the amount of time required to perform the work, the level of difficulty and is based on the principles of a general agreement with every client.
Each clients’ situation is individual; we do not have a price list of our services containing fixed prices of each service, because we don’t have such a price structure.
Due to the fact that we often have to answer the question about the cost of legal services, we need to define the basic principles of pricing in the "The Legal Center SP".
Our company’s priority is to provide our clients with highly qualified legal service, not to make any hasty decisions on time and costs, but to be responsible for each step taken. Our task is not to have as many clients as possible and then make only formal legal actions to fulfill their requests, but to get as close as possible to the result, which is required by our clients. We highly value the effectiveness of our actions. We gain the most effective result only by means of thorough preparation to every case, constant observation from different angles and discussions of the situation.
We offer modern and flexible ways of payment for our services: hourly payment (for consultation, one-time orders) or fixed price (for legal representation).
As for representation in court, from the very beginning of our work we will define a fixed price in the contract, that price can be changed only by an additional written agreement or amendment signed by the client. There are no hidden clauses in the contract for our legal services, which may affect the price.
If we make a deal with the client, we strive to satisfy their demands in the most quick, efficient and effective way.
Services are provided strictly on an individual basis, a plan which is agreed upon with the client.
We do not provide "free" legal advice and other advertising "stuff," we want to be honest with our clients.
